Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Stock Availablity
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil your order on time. In such instance, you can either wait for the restocking of the backordered product or you can request to process a full refund. In any case, we will contact you to know your preference.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped; in the order they are received which can take 2-3 business days and customers can expect the delivery within 7-10 business days after placing the order. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we endeavour to be ahead of the schedule. In any unforeseen event of delay in processing an order, we will notify the customer of any shipping delays associated with those orders.
Orders are dispatched during our business days – Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout page.
While currently we are providing only standard shipping on all the orders that we receive, which can take 2-3 business days for processing, if you would like us to process your order sooner than that, then you can contact us. Though it is not a promise, we will try our best to prioritise your order and ship it the very same day or the next business day.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In the event of delivery being delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation on the same.
Shipping within India
We ship our products to 29000+ Pincodes across India. If you find your pincode to be a non-serviceable area by our existing courier partner then you can get in touch with us. We can work out an alternate delivery option for you.
GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Business customers can get the GST invoice by providing your Company Name and GSTIN during the checkout process.
International Shipping
We are pleased to ship our products from India to customers worldwide. Please read our international shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Provisional Shipping Charges
The shipping charges displayed during checkout are estimated (provisional) charges only and are intended to provide an approximate shipping cost.
After receiving your order, our team will:
- Verify the package weight and dimensions.
- Calculate the actual shipping cost based on the destination country, package weight, volumetric weight (if applicable), and prevailing courier rates.
- Contact you with the final shipping cost before processing and dispatching your order.
If the actual shipping cost differs from the amount collected during checkout:
- If additional payment is required, we will contact you before dispatch with the payment details.
- If the actual shipping cost is lower, the excess amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method or by another mutually agreed method.
No international order will be dispatched until the final shipping cost has been confirmed by the customer.
2. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
All international shipments originating from India are subject to the customs laws and import regulations of the destination country.
Your shipment may be subject to:
- Import Duties
- Customs Tariffs
- VAT / GST or Local Sales Tax
- Customs Clearance Fees
- Brokerage or Handling Charges
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
The customer (importer) is solely responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
3. Customs Clearance Delays
Customs inspections and clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays arising from:
- Customs inspections
- Government regulations
- Import restrictions
- Courier or postal processing delays
Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is:
- Refused by the customer,
- Returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes,
- Returned because required import documentation was not provided, or
- Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges, customs penalties, storage charges, and any additional costs incurred.
Any applicable refund will be processed only after deducting these expenses.
5. Import Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country.
We shall not be held responsible for products seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import restrictions.
6. Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped through reputed international courier partners selected based on destination, service availability, and efficiency.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The shipping charges displayed during checkout are provisional estimates.
- The final shipping cost may vary based on the actual package weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by your country’s authorities are your responsibility.
- Your order will be dispatched only after confirmation of the final shipping charges, where applicable.
